HOW MUCH WALLPAPER WILL YOU NEED?

This depends on a few factors like height of the wall, length of the wall, width of the roll and pattern repeat.  In having said that let’s work with averages with the below formula:

Total Wall Height x Total Wall Width = Total Square Metres 

Total Square Metres divided by 4.2 will give you the number of rolls required.

Here is an example:

Average wall height is 2.6m. For the width let’s use a popular size of 3m length wall. Standard wallpaper rolls are 10m x0.53cm.

Calculate as follows: 2.6 x 3 m = 7.8 square metres divide by 4.2 (amount of square this size roll covers = 1.857. Therefore you need 2 rolls.
